Surface Treatment Services
We have established long-term partnerships with multiple surface treatment plants, enabling us to coordinate various processes such as sandblasting, painting, electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, and powder coating based on customers’ product requirements. We are responsible for communication, progress management, and quality control throughout the subcontracting process, ensuring that your components receive the desired surface treatment efficiently after machining and meet export standards. Although surface treatment is not directly performed by our company, all process coordination, technical reviews, and quality inspections are uniformly managed by our engineering team.

Service Process (Our Coordination)
The customer specifies surface treatment requirements (color, standards, thickness).
We select suitable subcontractors and provide detailed technical instructions.
After machining is completed, parts are delivered to the surface treatment facility.
Upon completion of surface treatment, we conduct inspections (thickness and adhesion).
Final protective packaging is applied, and goods are dispatched in a unified shipment.
