2.Manufacturing Process
Raw material cutting → Steel plate pretreatment → Plate rolling and forming → Shell alignment and positioning → Longitudinal seam welding → Circumferential seam welding (for multi-section shells) → Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) → Non-destructive testing → Surface grinding and dimensional finishing → Anti-corrosion treatment and storage.
